Results
Successfully launched a new product range -Automatic Electronic Defibrillators (AED’s); Developed a multichannel marketing strategy including a targeted lead generation programme aimed at different markets.
Raised the morale of the existing marketing team and gave them clearer direction and leadership, as well as introducing a structured training programme which has significantly motivated the team.
Successfully introduced internal systems including a new CRM to better manage sales pipeline and an online artwork management application which has significantly improved the communication / flow of jobs for the internal creative studio.
