Achieved through successful brand activation in retail, identification of new opportunities, growing Amazon revenue, voice of the customer initiatives, new website, digital lead generation, revitalising lapsed customers, PR, overhauling department structure and introducing a wide-ranging marketing excellence programme to drive performance and continuous improvement. Achieved 24% digital marketing revenue growth.

Pira Solutions
Established and grew a small enterprise specialising in marketing and regulatory compliance. Responsible for overall management of the company, including strategic direction, marketing and client engagement.

Irisys Limited and Comark
A strategic and hands-on role, encompassing go-to-market planning, brand building, proposition development, designing and implementing a tiered channel partner programme, thought leadership, sales support, lead generation, new website development and customer engagement, and development and launch of a new corporate identity. Restructured, recruited and led a new combined marketing team for Irisys and Comark.

Penlon
As part of the senior management team, helped drive the strategic and operational turnaround of private equity owned global healthcare company, including a business unit restructuring process, culminating in the premium value sale of a portion of the business. Repositioned remaining part of the business and accelerated business development to increase income generation through negotiation of strategic partnerships with large multinational pharmaceutical, medical software and device companies. Other activities focused on delivering a corporate rebrand and direct sales and distributor support.

Synergy Health
Played instrumental role in successfully bringing together two companies, post-merger. Led the marketing and contracts teams, with responsibility for product/market strategies, pricing, brand and corporate communications, portfolio planning and new product introduction, lead generation, tender submissions and contract negotiation. Steered new corporate identity programme.

Huntleigh Healthcare/Arjo-Huntleigh
