Northgate - Marketing plan development for the UK's leading van rental business, with the objective of driving overall business growth through increased customer acquisition, new product launches and digital improvement.


Kaizen IT Solutions - A nationwide B2B managed IT service provider with clients ranging from SME’s to Channel 4. Development of marketing activity plans to support the growth of the business. Including identification, development and launch of a direct telecoms service, resulting in the delivery of new high margin, reoccurring revenue streams and increased client acquisition and retention levels.

Full Time

Home Retail Group - Marketing launch and growth of one of the UK’s most innovative and successful retail financial service businesses for Argos. From business case input as the initial marketing strategy owner, through to ongoing integrated marketing activity delivery over a 7 year period. Ultimately leading to what has become a 300+ FTE business division, delivering £80m profit p.a. for the Group.


Telewest (now Virgin Media) - Development and implementation of marketing plans and activity to address the refocusing and repositioning of the business, including; proposition development, customer segmentation and targeting, customer acquisition, management and retention. All leading to the achievement of significant business growth levels, which in turn, contributed to the businesses FTSE 100 listing.
