Home Retail Group - Marketing launch and growth of one of the UK’s most innovative and successful retail financial service businesses for Argos. From business case input as the initial marketing strategy owner, through to ongoing integrated marketing activity delivery over a 7 year period. Ultimately leading to what has become a 300+ FTE business division, delivering £80m profit p.a. for the Group.
Telewest (now Virgin Media) - Development and implementation of marketing plans and activity to address the refocusing and repositioning of the business, including; proposition development, customer segmentation and targeting, customer acquisition, management and retention.
