At Kettle Chips implemented Sales and Marketing strategy - grew sales by £33m.

Jordans – Conceived and launched Country Crisp (£840m sales to date).
At Jordans implemented business and brand strategy which grew sales from £27m p.a. to £84m and % profitability six-fold over 6 years.
