MasterCard

Led digital transformation programme of an international travel money product for 23 countries. Relaunched in 7 months to support fully internationalized ecommerce and customer servicing, optimized for web and mobile devices. The new platform and improved digital marketing drove a 40% increase in digital sales and a 30% reduction in customer support calls.

Intelligent Environments Group (Private Equity)

Led and produced the 90 Day strategic review of the business focused on innovation and international market entry. 3-year strategic plan secured 7-figure investment. Programme managed corporate relaunch - new brand identity, mobile optimised website, collateral, PR and social media, in 10 weeks and on budget.

Eagle Eye Solutions Group PLC (AIM listed)

Repositioning of product strategy and roadmap to drive innovation and new market entry for a retail/hospitality omnichannel voucher software, funded by 7-figure VC investment.

RBS Group
