James has worked with some of the world’s largest B2B and technology brands, in both client and agency environments, including Dimension Data, TuringSMI, BMC Software, Cisco, Serena Software, Actuate and SAP, over a career spanning 20+ years. A highly accomplished strategist with extensive tactical experience in constructing integrated sales and marketing strategies and go-to-market programmes, that have delivered significant commercial value.

More recently, James has moved into the workplace market working for organisations such as Claremont, Harmsen Tilney Shane, Axis House and Interaction.

Claremont Group Interiors (Inc: Harmsen Tilney Shane & Viewpoint)
Developed and managed a new group field marketing model incl. brand, data, digital, marketing automation, reputation management, impact marketing, events, content marketing, social selling, funnel management etc.

Dimension Data (NTT)
Responsible for all field marketing activity for the Visual Communications line-of-business. Developed and executed strategies for globalising the company’s visual communications proposition.

Mvision
Developed and implemented a new go-to-market strategy for the organisation, so to drive significant incremental revenue across the enterprise, mid and SME markets.

Strategic leadership and ownership of all marketing. Implemented a new marketing strategy and field marketing programme across the entire marketing mix – brand, demand, profile, thought leadership, digital and content marketing. Introduced a new sales development model creating better synergies between sales and marketing.
