Lindsay is an accomplished Marketing Director with over 30 years’ experience in senior roles at Private Equity and Plc companies across a breadth of markets including hospitality, retail, healthcare, e-commerce. Her visionary and results-oriented approach continues to underpin her application of strategic rigour, to fully understand customer and market dynamics and fine-tune propositions that offer competitive advantage and longevity. Since 2005 Lindsay has supported smaller businesses like Polyco Healthline, Antone Interiors and Sustain, in their next phase of growth to facilitate category innovation and lead generation. She intuitively identifies the ‘quick-wins’ or evokes operational excellence strategies across a business at a realistic pace. Latterly, Lindsay has delivered numerous digital strategies and embedded ‘brand purpose’ into the entire business culture and not just out-facing communications.
