Lynn has over 30 years experience in Marketing and Commercial roles and more latterly Digital, working in both PLCs and Private Equity. She is highly commercial, financially astute and results focussed. She has an exceptionally strong consumer and customer orientation and is able to successfully apply marketing skills gained primarily in consumer/retail markets into other businesses and sectors through application of rigor to understand the market dynamics, customer behaviour and segmentation. Lynn has extensive skills across the full marketing mix gained with brands such as Halfords, Dreams, RAC, Victoriaplum.com - spanning customer insight, brand proposition, service/product lead design, pricing; communication, channels, sponsorship, customer experience, brand licensing, partnerships/joint ventures.
