Sat on the firm’s management board with full responsibility for marketing strategy and business development. Initiated a strategic review of the direction of the firm and implemented project plans, including launch of an insolvency and recovery service (250k billed in under 6mths) and the specialist Environmental Group.

Blandy & Blandy, regional law firm
Set up the marketing department and organised marketing campaigns for the firm and the individual departments. Provided end-to-end project management of proposal development. Won significant contracts for Wembley Stadium, University of Reading and Costain

Marks & Clerk, UK’s largest intellectual property attorneys
Wrote the Marketing Plan for the Group, which included an audit of the competitive market and an analysis of past marketing activity and expenditure. Initiated a detailed marketing calendar and allocated and maintained budgets for each of the 19 offices within the group. Managed the launch of the new Cambridge office with a successful PR campaign, event schedule and database build.

International Law Firm Solutions, business consultancy
Worked with the owner/ director to create a value proposition for the firm on which to base an annual marketing and business development strategy across 6 key international jurisdictions. Developed a phased e-marketing campaign across South America, Asia and Europe - achieving an above industry average open rate of 30-40% resulting in leads of approx. 10%.
