Worked with new owner for 5 years on brand identity, customer proposition and positioning strategy. BHS turned loss of £16M in 2000 to profit of £19M in 2001 and on to £100M in 2003 and 2004.

Headed board level review and brand revamp project for Homebase.

Liz Earle Beauty Co.
Worked with the co-founders of this British beauty icon to build the brand, consumer base, sales channels and product categories.

Crocs Inc.
Developed an innovative strategic marketing plan and rolling tactical plan to highlight key USP's for the $1 billion lifestyle footwear brand in Europe.

Kirk Originals
Led complete overhaul, luxury repositioning and relaunch of this B2B British eyewear brand. Developed new B2C retail strategy and NPD plan for growth/future diversification.
