Launched buy-to-let investment platform. Created new disruptor brand and investment marketplace for retail investors, house builders, property owners and tenants. Raised seed funding. Fintech/Proptech.

CMO – (Angel, VC backed)
Repositioning brand and re-launch of VR platform pivot to SaaS business model in 3 months. Achieved revenue growth through new pricing model, implemented channel strategy to drive sales through global partner channels including Accenture, PWC. Secured second round of funding. (2016). Edtech.

CMO – Boutique investment management consultancy (Private equity backed)
Developed global brand strategy and recruited marketing team, procured agency network to scale internationally Developed processes including demand creation by implemented marketing automation (MAP) accelerated sales cycle, increased inbound and improve customer experience (CXM) by aligning with global sales process. (2016-17) Professional Services.

CMO – SaaS healthcare (VC backed)
Developed new brand and distribution strategy and value propositions for product portfolio. Increase awareness in EMEA across direct and indirect channels. MAP and CRM marketing campaign plans executed to drive greater drive pipeline growth. Sales enablement programme delivered in 2 weeks. Measurements in place to monitor KPIs. (2017). Medtech.
